The Page Layout tool lets you choose an overall style for your broadcast. You can change the theme anytime you want. (Don't worry; changing themes doesn't change any of your content.)
If you click on a theme on the left, a preview of it appears on the right.
To use the same theme for all sections that you create now or in the future, just click the box at the bottom of the list that says, "Apply this theme to all sections."
If you click on the Title tab, you'll be able to change the title, font and color of your masthead. The title's font also will be applied to all titles throughout your broadcast. (You can override that default when you add a new text box.) A preview of your choice appears at the top of the window.
Note: When you change themes, the masthead style automatically changes too, but you can change it back -- or to whatever you like -- by making your selections again under the Title tab. You can also get to the Title tab by clicking on "edit title" just below the masthead.
If you click on the Layout tab, you'll be able to choose from among different two- or three-column layouts. Experiment and see which one you like.
When you close the window, don't forget to click "Save Theme" to keep your changes or "Cancel" if you want to revert to what you had before.
